What vehicle are you currently driving and what are your thoughts on it?
I am currently using a Volkswagen ID3 and I am very impressed. It is simple to use, comfortable, refined and well built. It just works.

What do you consider to be the benefits of driving an Electric Car?
Lower running costs, electric vehicles are better for the environment and they offer a much more relaxed experience than driving a petrol or diesel car.

Are there any challenges to electric vehicle ownership?
In Northern Ireland the public charging infrastructure. The public infrastructure is lacking and open to abuse. The government needs to support the infrastructure from the ground up – i.e in planning application etc. The purchase costs of the vehicles are still too high.

What does your average journey look like?
I have a 40 mile round trip to Belfast each day and a monthly round trip to Derry.

Do your research and know what you are getting in to.
