In our latest monthly EV Talk webinar, Dr Euan Mc Turk was joined by renowned industry panellists, Gill Nowell (LV=), Peter Melville (HEVRA), Wayne Campbell (Electron Garage) and Matt Cleevely (Cleevely EV) for a wide ranging discussion of how to care for, maintain and have your EV properly serviced.
The discussion included introductions to the work of HEVRA, Electron Garage, LV= and Cleevely EV, explored how reliable electric vehicles are in comparison with their ICE counterparts, provided tips for EV servicing, its complexity and where this can be carried out. The panel also discussed in detail the total cost of EV ownership with members identifying how much cash they had saved since switching to electric vehicles and during an interactive question and answer session the focus turned to issues around EV availability, electricity price concerns, electric tariffs and component supplies.
