Describing his Nissan Leaf as a ‘joy to drive’ Seamus explains that support for the environment, advice from family and friends and lower running costs were factors that encouraged him to make the switch to electric.
Seamus’ typical journey is between 50 & 100km but he adds that although the public charging infrastructure was sufficient two years ago, with the increased number of electric vehicles on the road now, that infrastructure improvements are badly needed with new charging stations installed across Ireland.
