Davin has recently switched to using an electric vehicle and describes his ID4 as ‘comfortable, quick, roomy and cool.’ He made the decision to purchase an electric car due to the lower running costs and a desire to help protect the environment for his family’s future.
Davin’s journeys are typically within County Donegal but he does reflect that with public charging infrastructure shortage there are some parts of the country he would not travel to in an EV.
Asked what advice he would give to other motorists thinking about making the switch Davin’s response was ‘do it.’
